If I create a revocable living trust do I still need a will?

Transcript

I get that question a lot in my practice. I'm doing a trust. Why do I need a will? The short answer is you always need a will. It's what we call a pour over that will get things to the trust if you have anything that goes through probate. Again, it's that issue of the will having the right powers in it that makes it an easier process and a less costly one for you.
