What does a proper estate plan include?

Transcript

A proper estate plan can include many documents. There are considerations for a will, which is a probate document that passes things that are in probate. You may need a trust, if an attorney advises you your situation requires one. There are both irrevocable and revocable trusts, and so those are considerations to talk with an attorney about. You should also do powers of attorney, both financial and health care, and a living will if you choose to have that document.
